Chris is certified to utilize numerous vocational assessments focusing on personality, temperament, interests, skills and values enabling individuals to develop increased self-awareness in order to reach their goals. Chris also employs leading edge coaching and counselling techniques developed through specific professional training and years of application.

Professional Background: His work history includes years in retail banking followed by extensive experience in human service in the not for profit sector. For just over 10 years, Chris has assisted over 2,000 individuals with career management issues. He has done this in various capacities at 3 HR consulting firms in Toronto. His expertise includes coaching, career planning, change management, job search strategies, retirement planning, owning your own business and psychometric assessments. Chris has traveled the province facilitating retirement workshops for the Ontario Public Service and coached many through Career Transition. Chris also assists students in high school, college, and university, to develop education and career plans.

Credentials: Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Trent University. He has earned a coaching certificate from the Adler School of Professional Coaching and has a diploma in Career and Work Counselling from George Brown College where he won the Dean’s medal. Chris is an Internationally Certified Career Professional ranked as Career Management Fellow (CMF) with the Institute of Career Certification International; and he is an active member of the Association of Career Professionals International.
