Initial meeting - To determine needs, desires and expectations; coaching contract

Process - Coaching conversations, goal setting, timelines, accountability, desired outcomes, assessments as appropriate, desired outcomes and results, follow up

Initial meeting - To determine needs, desires and expectations, desired outcomes and assessments as appropriate

Process - Coaching to effectively manage transition issues including legal, financial, logistic and dealing with stress

Career exploration conversations, action-plan development, one-on-one career planning sessions as required, job search coaching

Retirement

Initial meeting - To determine needs, desires and expectations, retirement preparedness checklist, desired outcomes

Process - Assessments as appropriate, coaching in managing transition issues, retirement lifestyle planning sessions as required, action plan development and job search coaching (if required)

Job Search

Initial Meeting - Career history, desired outcomes, action plan development, goal setting, timelines and accountability

Process - Personal branding and marketing strategies, research strategies and effective networking techniques, interviewing preparation, negotiation strategies and new job integration
